Kaycom Awarded 5-Year Dehydrator Repair & Overhaul contract from the Canadian Military
Kaycom is extremely pleased to announce that it will continue to provide repair and overhaul support services to the Canadian Military for its Dehydrator systems. The system in question (NEPS 1000 Advantage Dual Voltage) was designed around the Canadian Military’s demanding needs to desiccate optical fire control systems on base situation/field maintenance as well as in theater where normal 120-volt power is hard to acquire. Various sightings systems throughout the CF fleet require desiccation to ensure their use in varying temperature conditions. Kaycom within this contract also manages a calibration program to ensure accuracy of the dehydration systems in service. Kaycom originally designed and sold these units to the CF in 2009 and has continuous provided after sales support and management of a calibration program. We are pleased and proud to continue this support though our office in Pointe Claire, Quebec
